Call us at 770-716-1278 or provide your phone number so that we can call you back. Please do not send personal details such as your social security number via this form as email is not a secure form of communication. We will call you to verify your:
        - Date of Birth
        - Social Security Number
        - Address
        - The name of company you applied to

If you would like to dispute information in a report provided by our company, please specify your dispute and let us know what you would like for PCG to do after re-verifying your report. (i.e. send you an updated copy, send copy to company who received the previous report, etc.)
